Omnivore Originates - Grilled Pizza

Was craving pizza today. Made two kinds on the grill. Al Duccis dough and fresh mozzarella, shrimp with garlic, white wine, lemon and Parmesan cheese. Andouille sausage, broccoli rabe, onions and red sauce. Both were good, but the white shrimp one was really good.

If you hike up to the top of Bromley, you are entitled to pizza from JJ Hapgood. Wood fired pizzas made with organic ingredients. This is the Hawaiian- pineapple ham and roasted red peppers. So good.
