Omnivore Originates - Father's Day


Pretty cauliflower!
Father's Day Dinner Menu
* Gazpacho with avocado and crab
* Kale and mint salad w spicy peanut dressing
* Roasted Cauliflower
* Grilled bourbon marinated sugar steak
* Potato stack (scalloped)
* Rhubarb lemon almond flour cake with hand made local strawberry ice cream from the Chocolate Barn in Shaftsbury, VT. ( the best!!! www.thechocolatebarn.com )


Steak- bourbon marinated and rubbed with sugar salt and pepper.
Nicely caramelized- lots of flavor.
Yummy kale salad on the prettiest plates!
Pre-baked cake
When finished, the cake was dense
and not too sweet yum!
Delicious light and slightly spicy gazpacho
Roasted cauliflower. Still pretty and yum!
